We are constantly updating the information with regard to availability and pricing so it is best to either email or telephone us +44 (0) 1844 342 077 for the latest information. The prices below are for each property. These prices include the accommodation shown, linen, towels and bathrobes, changed every week and the use of all the amenities illustrated on this website. Once you have decided which week you require and we have confirmed availability we require a 30% deposit which is non refundable, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. In addition there is a £300 refundable damage deposit which is returned to you after we have confirmed the inventory at the Chalet is complete. Any material damages or breakages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be repaid to you within 7 working days of your vacating the Chalet. We have excellent local contacts in the event of any queries you may have. We are a family business, we pride ourselves in the quality of the Chalet and Apartment. Prices per week GBP - Saturday - Saturday Summer AvailabilityAs well as skiing in Winter, the area around La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand is great to visit in the Spring, Summer and Autumn. In the summer particularly there is often beautiful weather with warm days and cool evenings. The Chalet and Apartment are available for rent throughout the year. We have found many guests are surprised at how beautiful the area is in the Summer months. Autumn is exceptionaly spectacular when the trees change colour. There are lovely walks all around the mountains, biking trails, white water rafting, boating, water skiing on Lac Annecy and other Summer leisure pursuits. It truly is a wonderful place to visit in the Summer, and we offer both properties on a self catered basis throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn.

The Chalet is so comfortable and the area beautiful summer and winter. The Chalet is very well furnished and ideal for families...at times it was an effort to leave the Chalet to go skiing!
