The property consists of a large Chalet and a separate Apartment which can be let together or separately. The main Chalet includes five bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests. Underneath the Chalet there is a three bedroom apartment which can sleep 6 guests.
The Proprtty is situated in a wonderful position in the Les Aravis region, close to Geneva and Annecy.
The Chalet and Apartment are situated 2kms from the village of St Jean de Sixt and 5kms (only 5 min's drive) from the lovely ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand, in the Aravis Ski Region of France.
Chalet Arcadia was built approximately 20 years ago. Both Chalet and Apartment have recently been fully refurbished, with many new fittings throughout. Both rental properties are tastefully decorated with recentyl purchased furniture. Both properties are extremely comfortable with recently purchased modern appliances.
We have fitted out both the Chalet and Apartment to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is ample room and furniture to allow you all to relax in either of the properties.

The chalet consists of a ground and first floor. The chalet is beautifully furnished with lovely new comfortable furniture, perfect for curling up in after a long day on the local ski slopes.

The Apartment is all on the same level situated underneath the Chalet but is nicely secluded. The Apartment is blessed with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, La Clusaz and St Jean de Sixt.
The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable furniture, TV, DVD and CD players and still has those stunning views through La Clusaz, St Jean de Sixt and across the Alps.
The apartment is large with three double bedrooms and 1 bathroom/shower room and a separate shower room.
The property is well furnished with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with sufficient seating for 6 adults.
All the kitchen utensils and crockery are almost new and the property is situated in a wonderful tranquil location near to the ski areas of La Clusaz and Grand Bornard.
The apartment has its own large drive and has been enjoyed by many guests both in winter and summer.
Your ski equipment can be safely stored away each night in a large area near the boiler so it dries out very quickly. There are beautiful views from the apartment over to the ski area of Beauregard and down the valley to St Jean de Sixt.
You will truly have a memorable holiday in this lovely resort, whether summer or winter.

The Apartment has an elegant and comfortable lounge/dining/kitchen open plan living area, perfect for relaxing in whilst you enjoy the wonderful mountainous views in front of you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, eating and drinking.

The Chalet is so comfortable and the area beautiful summer and winter. The Chalet is very well furnished and ideal for families...at times it was an effort to leave the Chalet to go skiing!
